Oh boy, got some catching up to do here..
5 rounds for time:
Walking lunges 50 feet
21 Burpee
11:51
This workout was a “gasser” as my husband puts it.. Nothing can compare to doing burpees..They just flat out suck the wind out of you.
I am trying to not manage my workouts so much, and just give it my all, every single rep of every exercise. It’s time to get down and dirty, so this triplet I have to work my goat. What will be in my goat, well of course stuff that I absolutely hate. I will incorporate these things into my warm-up… Can’t wait.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Post number of minutes completed to comments.
I did 95 pounds today.. oh boy it felt like 120. 7 rounds with 3 seconds to go and I just didn’t have it in the tank to start for 8 rounds, and my shoulder has been acting up again. Pam M. came down to workout, which was great because Will wasn’t around to time me. She did an amazing job. Used 65lbs, and did 7 rounds + 7, she finished 8 at 8:02. Since I have no pictures of me, I posted one of Pam. Her form is really coming along.

“Murph”- always a good time.
39:23
The weather outside is definitely frightful.. Wow, the winds were whipping up today, I feel sunburned. Like yesterday, today I had absolutely no motivation to do this WOD. The garage was even a little chilly today, but nothing like the great outdoors.. good god! So the running was rough with the wind, taking my breath away.. and it was not pleasant like the song. Anywho, Murph is done and hopefully we wouldn’t see him anytime soon.

Will hit this one first, and boy is he a hard act to follow. He really did put on a show banging out 335!!! I really pushed myself today, with a little help from my friend.. I got by. Thanks, Will! Didn’t think I had it the tank after round 1. My box jumps suffered today, well at least the 3rd round, but my push press improved. Puked going into round 2 of SDHP – yummy cashews. Next FGB I hope to join the 300 club with my Will.

Eva is hardcore that is for sure.. I was on my way to the gym (at least in my mind), when I decided that doing Eva in that environment would do me no good. Looking back at my posts, I haven’t WOD’ed at globo central since 12/16. I really didn’t think it would be possible for me to WOD at home with my kids being their ages, but today (this week) we proved it possible. Will started the long journey up the driveway and when he finished his 1st 800 meters, I started mine. Yucky, slushy, icy conditions on the driveway today..
36:46 – I really believe this to be the hardest if not in the TOP 3 WODs, I have ever encountered..

21 rounds + 5 pull-ups..
Ugh, I still suck at push-ups. My chest and triceps blow up at about round 12. I have been zoning hard too.. maybe more fat. I don’t know if i have found that happy place where my body stops losing fat. Maybe i need to up the fat. I have been doing 3 to 5 times depending on the workout. I think i need to stick with 5 and see where it gets me.

Over the river and through the woods to run a couple 800 meters, 4 to be exact. Well, this workout certainly fell under the constantly varied – by running in our snow boots. My Northface boots worked well, the only problem i had was my fleece socks slipping down.
Did Four rounds of warm-up, one before each run. Thanks for the idea Auntie Kimmie!
