100 pull-ups 100 push-ups 100 sit-ups -GHD 100 squats 23:06 – my pull-ups were better this time around. My push-ups were horrid, I think yesterday’s WOD contributed to my poor performance. My triceps were trashed. Situps weren’t too bad, opted for the GHD because my ass is still cut up from the row.

Elizabeth 21-15-9 95# power cleans Ring dips Ring dips were hard, tired to get depth on all. The last set was shallow – with some nice popping of the shoulder. I think squat cleans would have made the work out more of a gasser. 8:06
