I’m still a little bit of a headcase on the catch because of the wrist injury a couple of months back that was the result of a bad catch.
I’m also making progress in terms of not coming forward as much, but need to break the weight down to something that can be done for reps, and work the punching of the elbows up.
The Olympic lifts are a lot like the martial arts, in that the more you study the movements, the more you realize how much more there is to understand the movements before you truly master them.
