What is as rx’d?

As Rx’d is CrossFit terminology. It means you did the workout “as prescribed.”

A lot of people don’t understand CrossFit.  I’ve heard people call it a cult.  I’ve heard people say the purpose of it is to push yourself until you are sick.  Neither of these are true.  CrossFit is about you versus you.  We’ve found that logging the workouts helps us keep better track of our progress.

Sometimes, even the best of us can’t do the workout as rx’d. It has happened to all of us.  Not doing a workout as rx’d doesn’t matter; what matters is that you try with max effort. If you’re not willing to push through the pain and work hard, this site is not for you.

    Very cool website. I especially love the photo of little girl on rower, sporting some Zubaz too! Seems like the scripting for your code to Crossfit WODs isn’t displaying correctly, just as a minor comment.
